Pipeline Safety

Pipeline safety is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) through its Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), which makes and enforces pipeline safety regulations. We fully comply with all applicable pipeline regulations.

All of our refined products and crude oil trunk pipelines are operated via satellite, microwave, and frame relay communication systems near Reading, Pennsylvania and Sugar Land, Texas.
