Board of Directors

John G. Drosdick Mr. Drosdick was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 2001. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunoco, Inc. since May 2000. Mr. Drosdick is a director of H. J. Heinz Company and United States Steel Corporation.

Lynn L. Elsenhans Ms. Elsenhans was elected to the Board of Directors in August 2008. Ms. Elsenhans has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunoco, Inc. since August 2008. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Shell Downstream, Inc. from 2005 to 2008. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Elsenhans served concurrently as President of Shell Oil Company and President and CEO at Shell Oil Products US.

Deborah M. Fretz Ms. Fretz was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director in October 2001. Ms. Fretz is a director of GATX Corporation.

Cynthia A. Archer Ms. Archer was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2002. Ms. Archer has been Vice President, Marketing and Development, Sunoco, Inc. since January 2001.

L. Wilson Berry, Jr. Mr. Berry was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2003. He is currently a consultant in the energy field.

Stephen L. Cropper Mr. Cropper was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2002. Mr. Cropper is currently a private investor. He is a director of: Energy Transfer Partners LP, QuikTrip Corporation, Berry Petroleum, Rental Car Finance Corporation, and NRG Energy, Inc.

Bruce G. Fischer Mr. Fischer was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2002. Mr. Fischer has been Senior Vice President, Sunoco Chemicals of Sunoco, Inc. since January 2002. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Sunoco Chemicals from November 2000 to January 2002.

Philip L. Frederickson Mr. Frederickson was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2008. Mr. Frederickson was formerly Executive Vice President, Planning, Strategy and Corporate Affairs, for ConocoPhillips from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President, Commercial from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Frederickson retired from ConocoPhillips in January 2008.

Thomas W. Hofmann Mr. Hofmann was elected to the Board of Directors in October 2001. He has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco, Inc. since January 2002. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco, Inc., from July 1998 to January 2002. Mr. Hoffman is a Director of West Pharmaceutical Services Inc.
