Deborah M. Fretz Ms. Fretz was elected President, CEO and a Director in October 2001. Ms. Fretz is a director of GATX Corporation.

Bruce D. Davis Jr. Mr. Davis was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in November 2003. From September 2000 to November 2003, Mr. Davis was Associate General Counsel for Mirant Corporation.

David A. Justin Mr. Justin was elected Vice President, Operations in April 2007. From November 2001 to April 2007, he served as Vice President, Eastern Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Justin served as Manager, Eastern Area Operations for Sun Pipe Line Company.

Christopher W. Keene Mr. Keene was elected Vice President, Business Development in January 2005. From February 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Keene was the Director of Midstream Development for Unocal Midstream & Trade, a division of Unocal Corporation. Prior to that, he had been Director of Business Development and Vice President of Unocal Pipeline Company since April 1999.

Michael D. Galtman Mr. Galtman was elected Controller in July 2008. Mr. Galtman joined the company in 2005 and previously served as Assistant Controller and, most recently, as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Paul A. Mulholland Mr. Mulholland was elected Treasurer in January 2002. He has been Treasurer of Sunoco, Inc. since March 2000.

Neal E. Murphy Mr. Murphy was elected Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2007. From 2004 to April 2007, Mr. Murphy was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Quaker Chemical Corporation. From January 2002 to July 2004, Mr. Murphy was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at International Specialty Products.
