Pipeline safety is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) which makes and enforces pipeline safety rules. We comply with all applicable pipeline regulations.

All of our refined products and crude oil trunk pipelines are operated via satellite, microwave, and frame relay communication systems near Philadelphia and Tulsa.
